Patrick Kidder is the Founder and Managing Principal of Meridian Storage Group, a self storage brokerage and advisory firm with national reach and a deep specialization in the self storage asset class. After spearheading the self storage division at a regional brokerage firm, Mr. Kidder launched Meridian in 2019 to provide institutional-quality brokerage and advisory services to both private and institutional clients throughout the United States.
Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Meridian Storage Group has grown to a team of eight professionals and has advised on more than 150 self storage facilities and portfolios, with deal sizes ranging from $1 million to over $200 million. Since inception, the firm has successfully closed more than 150 self storage transactions totaling over $600 million in consideration.
Beyond his brokerage work, Mr. Kidder is an experienced and active real estate investor. His personal investment portfolio includes a series of successful acquisitions, developments, and dispositions across the self storage, retail and land entitlement sectors.
